The connection between access to grandparents’ help and lower use of antidepressants was especially strong in mothers who were separated from their partners, the study said. “Grandparents are an important source of support to families with children, and support from others is well-known to protect individuals from depression,” Metsä-Simola said via email. There were instances when grandparents might have a negative impact on the mother’s health. While such support may come from grandparents, families who don’t have that help aren’t at a loss, she said.

Many types of exercise — including walking, jogging, yoga, tai chi, aerobic exercises and strength training — showed benefits as strong as therapy when it came to treating depression, according to the study published Wednesday in the BMJ. “Still, only half of those with depression get any treatment.”Researchers analyzed data from 218 studies on exercise and depression, with more than 14,000 people included. But, given how debilitating it is to have depression, almost all patients should be offered both exercise and therapy,” Noetel said. Setting goals and tracking activity didn’t seem to help in the studies Noetel analyzed. And whether your thing is weight training or walking, you need to make the activity enjoyable to keep it up.

CNN —First, Stanley cups were all over social media because so many people wanted them. Videos on social media sites such as TikTok show people breaking out a lead testing kit and trying it on their Stanley cups and other travel flasks. And Stanley cups are everywhere. Stanley cups are in the hands of beauty bloggers, the cars of parents at school pickup, and even on the Christmas lists of many kids this past year. The main source of lead exposure in the United States comes from inhaling dust or eating particles contaminated by paint chips.

Brothers Liam, 23, and Travis Gerada, 20, were Shopify merchants before they decided to get into the more technical side of e-commerce. They found that running a modern e-commerce business requires many different software integrations that often don't share data with each other, making it difficult to manage and make decisions. Some use Shopify or other platforms like WooCommerce, while others have used Krepling to grow from the ground up.
