Jadion Richards, 44, and Akwele Lawes-Richards, 45, were arrested at a Lululemon store in Woodbury, Minnesota, and charged with organized retail theft on Nov. 14. According to the complaint, the couple had visited another Lululemon location in Roseville, Minnesota, the day before with an unidentified man, where they allegedly stole almost $5,000 worth of items. The investigator explained how the couple allegedly run their theft scheme, with Richards typically entering the store first and purchasing a couple of small items. The average salary adults between the ages of 18 and 27 say they need to be successful is $587,797, Empower found. That could be part of the reason they say they'd need such a high salary to feel accomplished, says Rebecca Rickert, head of communications at Empower. On average, Americans say you need a net worth of about $5.4 million to be considered successful, Empower reported.
