17 мая 2021 года Национальный орган по неподкупности (ANI) завершил процедуру контроля над имуществом в отношении судьи Кишиневского суда. Во время контроля было обнаружено наличие существенной разницы, которая подпадает под действующее законодательство и представляет собой наибольшую сумму, выявленную ANI, в общей сумме примерно 3 млн леев, что в 23,7 раза превышает потолок, разрешенный законом, а именно 20 месячных зарплат по экономике. Инспектор установил, что все эти активы, которыми владеет судья, имеют неоправданный характер, в связи с чем ANI потребовала конфискации имущества на общую сумму около 3 млн леев. Deoarece, suma a fost stabilită în baza precedentei legi, aceasta nu poate confiscată. „Deoarece, aceste încălcări au caracter penal, inspectorul de integritate a sesizat Procuratura Generală pentru inițierea unei cauze penale sub aspectul falsului în declarații.
