McDaniel comforts Tagovailoa after the quarterback's latest concussion. CNN contacted Tagovailoa’s representatives about the report but did not hear back, while the Dolphins declined to comment. “I think it’s of utmost priority of mind for Tua to speak on Tua’s career,” said McDaniel. After guiding the Dolphins to the playoffs last season, Tagovailoa agreed to a four-year contract extension in the offseason, reportedly worth $212.4 million.

In a Monday interview with CNBC's Jim Cramer, Columbia Sportswear CEO Tim Boyle detailed his company's most recent quarter, which saw sales decline in the U.S."For our company, this is always the smallest quarter of the year, so any particular issue can get modified and accelerated," Boyle said. Columbia posted earnings last week, which saw U.S. sales decline 15% year over year, which the company said was primarily driven by the a decrease in U.S. wholesale. On the conference call, Boyle said Columbia was "working to maximize sales in a challenging U.S. marketplace, characterized by slow consumer demand and cautious retailers." Boyle also said many of Columbia's brands that saw declines this quarter — like SOREL and PrAna — are on their way to growth. "And now it's time to turn our attention to growing the business again across all of our brands."

CNN —Star quarterback Aaron Rodgers is expected to participate in the New York Jets’ offseason training activities (OTAs) later this month without “any restrictions,” his franchise’s coach Robert Saleh said on Friday, per the NFL website. But the Jets ultimately missed the postseason and the timeline for his rehabilitation shifted and now Rodgers seems to be on track for beginning the 2024 NFL season fully fit, with a full offseason of training under his belt. The 40-year-old will fully participate in phase three of the OTAs, Saleh said, in which teams can conduct 10 days of 11-on-11 drills without any contact during a four week period. “I know he’s had a couple prior engagements that he’s taking care of, but he’s here, he’s working,” Saleh said. Boyle in turn was cut after he failed to turn things around and the Jets returned to Wilson.
