“It’s Langosteria, but Langosteria in the mountains,” says founder Enrico Buonocore, 46, of the Swiss outpost of his fashion-world haunt, a destination for seafood since 2007.
“Our restaurants are not copy and paste, all are unique projects.
The layout is the same, the gastronomic line is the same, but the restaurant is different.”
