Universal’s “Wicked” and Paramount’s “Gladiator II” arrive ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday and are expected to tally more than $200 million in combined ticket sales this weekend. Whatever it hauls in for the weekend, “Wicked” should debut as the highest-opening Broadway adaptation in cinematic history. Comcast announced a plan Wednesday to spin off most of its cable television networks into a separate publicly traded company. Country singer Sundance Head, who won Season 11 of 'The Voice,' was injured by a stray bullet at his ranch in Texas on Friday, his agent said. Head, 46, was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Tyler, where he was recovering after being stabilized, agent Trey Newman said in a statement. Newman said the round that injured Head likely came from a nearby hunter's errant gunfire.
