One of the most iconic catches in NFL history — a play that would change Odell Beckham Jr.’s life — started with a misunderstanding and a poor route. Odell Beckham Jr. catches a one-handed touchdown and it is arguably one of the most iconic catches in NFL history. The two would spend hours outside their college dorm, throwing footballs to each other and practicing one-handed catches. When it did, Beckham told his teammate that the catch “changed his life.”Zay Flowers' locker is right next to Odell Beckham Jr.'s in the Ravens locker room. He has the one-handed catch against the Cowboys.

It included Johnson, Douglas, vice chairman Christopher Johnson, team president Hymie Elhai, and Ira Akselrad, an adviser to Johnson. From then on, many in the Jets organization described Douglas as a shell of himself. Multiple team sources believe this was a matter of Johnson’s preoccupation with social media factoring into the Jets’ decision-making. Ultimately, it’s difficult for any general manager to survive six years without sniffing the postseason.

The Minnesota Vikings are still undefeated after a 23-17 win over the New York Jets in London. Quarterback Sam Darnold threw for 179 yards on Sunday against the team that drafted him first overall in 2018, but he was buoyed by a stellar performance from the Vikings defense. Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 244 yards and two scores, but he was inefficient, completing only 29 of 54 attempts. Rodgers led a short, five-play, 31-yard drive in the final minute of the first half for a New York touchdown. But after leading the Jets into Minnesota territory, Rodgers threw his third interception of the day, ensuring a loss for New York.

Nguyen: With Aaron Rodgers’ age and their defense, the Jets have a small window to make some noise. Watt for AP Defensive Player of the Year. First-place votes are worth five points, second-place votes are three and third-place votes are one. Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. won the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year award, outgaining both Jalen Carter and Kobie Turner by two first-place votes.
