CNN —Firefighter Corey Comperatore was killed during the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, Pennsylvania Gov. “I just spoke to Corey’s wife and Corey’s two daughters,” Shapiro said Sunday. “I asked Corey’s wife if it would be okay for me to share that we spoke. The World Scout Jamboree in South Korea faced calls to be canceled on Saturday after large contingents from the United States and Britain pulled out a week early over extreme heat and weather conditions.
