Frank Borman , an American astronaut who circled the moon in 1968 and had what might have seemed like an even bumpier ride as chief executive of Eastern Airlines in the 1970s and 1980s, died Tuesday in Billings, Mont.
He was 95 years old.
Jim McCarthy, a spokesman for the family, said Borman had a stroke Tuesday morning at a retirement community and was pronounced dead at the Billings Clinic.
