The United Auto Workers announced Saturday it reached a tentative agreement with Stellantis.
Stellantis would add 5,000 jobs after previously wanting to cut 5,000, including rehiring 1,200 workers.
AdvertisementAdvertisementThree days after reaching a tentative agreement with Ford, the United Auto Workers announced Saturday it had also agreed a deal with Stellantis.
Like the Ford deal, temporary workers are set to get the biggest wage increase, of more than two-and-a-half times.
The tentative agreement means that General Motors is the last of the Big Three automakers to reach a deal with the union.
