NHMAX 1Y mountain Nuveen High Yield Municipal Bond Fund Charter school bonds fund construction, renovation or the purchase of school facilities. There are currently about 8,000 charter schools in the United States serving 3.7 million students, according to the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools . Traditional K-12 bonds pay about 3.5%, while charter school bonds yield around 5% — a 150 basis point difference, Close said.

The researchers compared the results of newborn screening tests for 354 infants who died of SIDS with 1,416 infants who did not. “Maybe we’re looking at some food sensitivities,” she said, but added that much more research is needed into the link between SIDS risk and metabolism. Dr. Joanna Parga-Belinkie, a neonatologist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia who also wasn’t involved, similarly questioned whether newborn screenings can provide enough answers. “But every baby that’s born isn’t going to get a deep-dive genetic evaluation — they do get newborn screenings,” she added.

Disney and DirecTV are not likely to reach a deal in time for "Monday Night Football" according to people familiar with the matter. As a result of the fight, DirecTV customers were unable to see the U.S. Open and the first full weekend of the college football season. DirecTV alerted customers on Friday to competitor alternatives for watching ESPN and also said it would provide a $30 credit to customers. However, Charter and Disney reached a deal hours ahead of "Monday Night Football" that allowed customers to tune in that night. The dispute between DirecTV and Disney has led to mudslinging between the two companies reminiscent of most carriage fights.
