The idea of a code of conduct was hatched more than two decades ago but parties only committed to begin the process in 2017. If I were, I would know that competition from fixed wireless has been keeping the broadband guys up at night for some time. The broadband guys are happy to tell you why they think their internet is better than the wireless internet the telco guys are selling.
