Esformes is at least the seventh person who received executive clemency from Trump, and has since been charged with new crimes, according to The New York Times, which first reported this latest arrest. Court records show that Esformes was arrested Saturday and then charged with tampering with a victim or witness, and with criminal mischief involving property damage. CNBC also has requested comment from a lawyer for Esformes' ex-wife, Sherri Beth Esformes, whose divorce from him was finalized in July 2020. On Tuesday, a judge in Miami federal court set a deadline of Nov. 4 for Philip Esformes to respond to his ex-wife's filing.

Analyst Joshua Dennerlein reiterated his buy rating on the S & P 500 company, which owns senior housing as well as post-acute care and outpatient medical facilities. He also increased his price target by $61 to $190, the highest on the Street, according to FactSet, which implies nearly 52% upside from Friday's close. This year, the stock has been on a monster run, soaring about 41%, excluding reinvested dividends, versus 22.5% for the S & P 500. The Bank of America recommendation joins several other analysts on Wall Street who are bullish on Welltower.

On Sunday he posted photos on social media from his performances in Atlanta showing him on stage including performing on the piano. In a video posted to TikTok in July 2024, Foxx told a group of people that he had a “bad headache” on April 11, 2023. Foxx went on to explain in the footage that he was told his sister and his daughter took him to a doctor, who gave him a cortisone shot. Analyst Daniel Rizzo upgraded shares of Aptargroup to a buy rating, saying that new pharmaceutical delivery products should drive 10% sales growth on a compound annual basis through 2027. Along with the upgrade, Rizzo boosted his price target by 39% to $215 a share, representing 33% upside from Friday's close. The firm also forecasts that the company can drive 7% to 11% pharmaceuticals sales growth over the next 10 years, given that 80% of its delivery systems are protected by intellectual property tools such as patents. "The stock is up ~30% YTD ... but as new products help earnings accelerate, we expect multiple expansion to help support another ~30% increase."
