A federal appeals court on Wednesday said New York can enforce for now a new law that limits the carrying of concealed handguns on mass transit and other public places. The law, known as the Concealed Carry Improvement Act, designates a host of public spaces—such as trains, buses, parks, restaurants theaters, stadiums, bars and Manhattan’s Times Square—as gun-free zones. It took effect Sept. 1, but its status was left uncertain after gun-rights advocates last week won a temporary restraining order against it.

Single-park tickets for Disney's Anaheim parks now range from $104 to $179, up from $104 to $164, Deadline first reported. Tier one passes rose from $104 to $115 while tier two tickets saw a 10-dollar increase from $119 to $129. Disney has also raised the price of some of the food and drink at its parks.
