Read moreLONDON, July 17 (Reuters) - A jumper worn by Britain’s late Princess Diana and depicting a black sheep is headed for auction later this summer with a price estimate of up to $80,000. Diana first wore the red jumper, which depicts a lone black sheep among rows of white sheep, to watch then Prince Charles play in a polo game in June 1981, a month before they were married, sparking speculation over its potential significance. A few months later, Diana received a replacement, which she was photographed wearing in 1983. The jumper and letters are on display at Sotheby's London until Wednesday.

CNN —Authorities have received a flood of evidence and information related to the suspect charged in some of the Gilgo Beach killings since his arrest, the Suffolk County District Attorney told CNN on Monday. Authorities have had Heuermann on their radar for more than a year as investigators gathered enough evidence to make an arrest. The suspect’s wife and children are cooperating with the investigation, according to Carter. Authorities later said they believed Gilbert’s death may have been accidental and unrelated to the Gilgo Beach homicides. “We’re going to continue to work this case and work the entire Gilgo investigation,” Carter said.

NEW YORK, July 13 (Reuters) - Alex Mashinsky, founder and former CEO of bankrupt cryptocurrency lender Celsius Network, pleaded not guilty Thursday to U.S. fraud charges that he misled customers and artificially inflated the value of his company's propriety crypto token. Three federal regulatory agencies also sued Mashinsky and Celsius in connection with the case. Mashinsky, 57, was charged with seven criminal counts - including securities fraud, commodities fraud and wire fraud - according to an indictment unsealed earlier on Thursday. CNN —Princess Diana left behind a vast style legacy, and soon enthusiasts will be able to bid for one of her most famous looks. The celebrated “black sheep” sweater first worn by Lady Diana Spencer at a polo match in 1981 when she was engaged to the now King Charles III will headline Sotheby’s Fashion Icons auction in New York and online between August 31 and September 14. The sweater will be on display at Sotheby's in New York at the start of Fashion Week on September 7. Artists Sally Muir and Joanna Osborne and their knitwear label Warm & Wonderful created the knitted, bold-red, wool crew neck, which is adorned with rows of white sheep and one black sheep on the front, in 1979. In the photograph, the lone black sheep appears to be on a higher row of white sheep on the new sweater than on the original.

CNN —Just days after three New Jersey public school systems simultaneously enacted policies requiring educators to notify parents of changes in their children’s gender identity, the state is pursuing legal action. New Jersey State Attorney General Matthew Platkin announced the complaints against the Middletown Township, Marlboro Township and Manalapan-Englishtown Regional boards of education, all in Monmouth County. When contacted by phone on Friday, a representative of the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District declined to comment on the matter. CNN has reached out to the Middletown Township Public School District. In May, state officials also filed a civil rights complaint after similar changes were enacted at the Hanover Township Board of Education.
