The depot was in Korotych, one of the city’s western suburbs, said Oleh Syniehubov, of the regional military administration, in a post on the Telegram messaging app. In a separate message, Ukraine’s prosecutor’s office accused Russian forces stationed across the border in the Belgorod region of firing a surface-to-air missile. “A missile has just hit it,” the private postal operator, Nova Poshta, said in a statement on Facebook that included video of bomb damage. “There are dead and injured, including those seriously injured.

The latest opinion poll released on Thursday predicted the 'No' camp sweeping the polls with a lead of 56% over the 'Yes' vote that's at 38%, with some 6% undecided. In 1967 a referendum to count Indigenous people as part of the Australian population was a resounding success as it secured bipartisan political support. The 2023 referendum has not garnered united political support, with leaders of the major conservative parties campaigning for a 'No' vote. Supporters argue the Voice will bring progress for Indigenous Australians, while some opponents say enshrining one group in the constitution would be divisive.

The proposal, which must be approved by the Postal Regulatory Commission, would raise mailing services product prices by about 2%, significantly less than prior price hikes. Stamp prices are up 32% over the last four years since early 2019 when they were 50 cents. USPS has been raising stamp prices twice yearly and expects its "new pricing policy to generate $44 billion in additional revenue" by 2031.

Uber is adding a new task to its list of services: mailing consumers' return packages. Uber will charge a flat fee of $5 for the service or $3 for its Uber One members. While the service is expected to be used primarily to return packages, Uber drivers will also mail new packages that are sealed and have prepaid labels. Much of that volume involves delivery to businesses that do not return packages often, Jindel said, and he believes many people will continue to return packages themselves, rather than pay Uber $5 to do it. Yet Jindel estimates demand for Uber's return package service could be around 574,000 parcels on business days.
