Trump, the front-runner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, is scheduled to appear in a magistrate's courtroom at 4 p.m. Trump may soon face more charges in Georgia, where a state prosecutor is investigating his attempts to overturn the election there. Although Pence repeatedly told Trump he lacked the authority to reject electoral votes from certain states, Trump kept repeating the claim.

Italy's far-right prime minister is suing the lead singer of Placebo for calling her a "fascist." At a concert last month, Brian Molko also described Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni as a "racist." Meloni was a youth activist in a group founded by a member of dictator Benito Mussolini's government. Now, according to press reports, Meloni herself is suing Molko for defamation, the latest in a string of lawsuits against critics. But as a youth activist, Meloni herself praised the country's former fascist dictator saying that, "everything he did, he did for Italy."

"If I'm a conspirator, I was a conspirator in performing completely legal acts," Giuliani claimed on Tuesday. Users of multiple kids' games, including Roblox and Minecraft, are creating worlds full of Russian propaganda. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently expressed interest in the potential of video games to spread "patriotism." Video games underscore just how sprawling the Russian information machine has become online. The Times identified multiple instances of Russian propaganda in video games including at least one that also appeared to be influenced by a government official.
