Samsung said it will make a 300 trillion Korean won investment in a new semiconductor facility in South Korea over the next two decades. The new 300 trillion won chip complex Samsung is building will be just outside of the South Korean capital of Seoul. The South Korean government said that companies will build five chip manufacturing facilities in the cluster.

Max Cho found himself in the middle of a bank run while sitting on a shuttle bus in Montana. The co-founder of insurance startup Coverage Cat, Mr. Cho had landed at the Bozeman airport Thursday and boarded the bus for the hourlong drive to a startup founders’ retreat in Big Sky.
