But one investment advisor, Brian Krawez, president of Scharf Investments, says there are opportunities. "Many investors are concerned about the impacts of the GLP-1 drugs on a host of companies ranging from restaurants to consumer staples. Those mechanisms are the ones that help patients taking the drugs to lose weight and regulate their diabetes. They got roughly 35% market share, but a lot of people don't know the company," he said, adding that specialty pharmaceuticals — including the GLP-1 drugs —account for roughly 35% of the company's earnings.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Four months after U.S. regulators tried to block imports of Elf Bar, the top-selling Chinese disposable e-cigarette remains widely available thanks to a simple but effective tactic: a name change. In May, it directed customs officials to seize incoming shipments of Elf Bar and EBDesign, two of the company's U.S. brand names. Elf Bar generated U.S. sales of over $271 million in the past year, according to retail data tracker Nielsen. ATLANTA (AP) — Georgia's state taxes on gasoline and diesel will be suspended for another month after Gov. The suspension of the taxes, at 31.2 cents per gallon of gasoline and 35 cents per gallon of diesel, had been scheduled to end next Thursday but will now run through at least Nov. 11. Georgia's governor can suspend the collection of taxes during an emergency as long as lawmakers approve it the next time they meet. That was the lowest price among the states and down 37 cents since Kemp suspended the taxes. Pump prices also include a federal tax of 18.4 cents per gallon on gasoline and 24.4 cents per gallon on diesel.

It will likely take a few weeks before medical marijuana is available in pharmacies. Medical marijuana is only available to Georgians with approval from a physician to treat severe illnesses including seizures, terminal cancers, Parkinson’s disease and post-traumatic stress disorder. Low THC oil can contain no more than 5% THC, the compound that gives users a high. NEW YORK (AP) — The curvy couch is making room for one more: Lawrence Jones will join the daily “Fox & Friends” morning show as a fourth host beginning on Monday. Fox News said Thursday that Jones will join Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade on the morning news and talk show, which airs from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Eastern.
