Prioritizing your joy can feel like an abstract assignment that, frankly, many of us don't have time for. When work and family obligations are crowding an already stressed schedule, adding one more to-do to your list can feel overwhelming — even if that to-do is supposed to increase your own happiness. Here are three science-backed ways you can boost your mood today. Crossing even the smallest to-do off your list can relieve some of this tension and cause your brain to release dopamine. For the second time, Taylor defeated Serrano via a decision that left more fans questioning the scorecards than praising Taylor’s skills. “She kept head butting me, but we knew that from the very beginning from the first fight,” Serrano said in the ring. Serrano kept Taylor circling on her back foot through the first five rounds as the bout turned into a streetfight — exactly what Serrano wanted. Taylor won the initial bout two years ago by weathering a surge from Serrano in its middle stages. This time, Serrano left no room for Taylor to come back.

Given the sheer volume of enemy drones, helicopters have joined the counter-drone fight. In Ukraine and Israel, helicopters of all kinds are hunting down drones. In Ukraine, a huge country compared to Israel, helicopters are a means to shield its airspace against large drone salvos. Modifications of this kind could make helicopters more effective drone hunters in the future, supplementing other ground- and air-based systems.

When asked how they racked up so much debt, the couple mentioned emergencies like a flood, a car accident and other unexpected costs. They could feasibly tap their savings and investments to wipe out their credit card debt almost immediately. Yet they also owe $40,000 in credit card debt, they told self-made millionaire and money expert Ramit Sethi on a recent episode of his "Money for Couples" podcast. Even high earners can find themselves under a mountain of credit card debt if they let their spending go unchecked. Then, they can institute a standard operating procedure with rules, such as putting cash windfalls toward their credit card debt or discussing purchases over a certain price.

That's the view of Caroline Cai, CEO of U.S.-based Pzena Investment Management. "This is really for the first time in the last seven, eight years where we think you're getting paid to expose yourself to China," Cai told "CNBC Squawk Box Asia" this week. The investment firm has ramped up its exposure to Chinese equities in the last two years. "It's not because we have a particularly positive view on longer term Chinese macro, we kind of think things are pretty challenging. "Our view is, if the risk is obvious to everyone, at least you're getting paid to take some exposure," she added.
