Monday’s storm could bring heavy rain, strong winds and possible flooding in some areas before moving into the U.S. Southwest, said the National Weather Service.

At least 12 fatalities have been reported from weather-related incidents in California in the past 10 days, Governor Gavin Newsom told a news conference. According to PowerOutage.us, the utility with the most outages was Pacific Gas and Electric Co (PG&E) with over 73,000 customers without power, followed by Sacramento Municipal Utility District at 50,000.
