PARIS, Sept 23 (Reuters) - France captain Antoine Dupont has undergone surgery on a facial injury and will return to his Rugby World Cup squad to recover, the French federation (FFR) said on Saturday, though it gave no timeline for when the scrumhalf might return to the field. "Following his injury sustained during the France-Namibia match, Antoine Dupont underwent surgery at Toulouse's CHU Purpan on 22 September at around 11 p.m.," the federation said in a statement. "In a few days' time, he will be able to return to the French team as part of a gradual sporting recovery under medical supervision." The FFR did not say when Dupont would be able to play again. France, who are already without flyhalf Romain Ntamack at the World Cup due to injury, next face Italy on Oct. 6.

Legal experts say that if California wins, it could embolden other states to take action against lenders that make high-interest loans to low-income borrowers using what critics call "rent a bank" partnerships. Nearly 12 million US workers may need to switch jobs by 2030, a McKinsey study found. But between now and 2030, the McKinsey researchers projected that 11.8 million workers will have to change jobs not because they want to, but because they have to. Roughly nine million of them might have to find new jobs in new industries altogether, the study found. The study found that Americans in lower-wage jobs are up to 14 times more likely to need to change occupations by 2030. Chui said this could lead to less demand for some jobs and increased demand for others — like healthcare workers.
