The area around Los Angeles has the smallest gender pay gap, according to a report by GoodHire.
Across the US' 100 biggest cities, women earn $44,220 a year, or 19% less than men, per the study.
In comparison, women living in Provo-Orem, Utah, earn just under two-thirds of the amount men earn.
