LVMH-owned luxury hospitality company Belmond will launch a luxury sleeper train next year that will take travelers through the countryside of England and Wales. The Britannic Explorer will run three itineraries: one to the southwestern county of Cornwall and the other to the opposite end of England through the Lake District of Cumbria in the north, while the third will journey though the country of Wales. The iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF (IGV) has been getting a lot of attention, and rightly so. Things have recently accelerated in November, and Tuesday, the IGV Software ETF was one of just three ETFs we track to make new all-time highs. Within the IGV Software ETF, it also has the third biggest weighting, but it's behind both CRM and ORCL. More importantly, MSFT has been noticeably lagging the IGV ETF across various time frames. The potential good news is that: 1. the ratio line remains in a long-term uptrend and 2. the last two oversold conditions happened near major relative trading lows.

Reuters —Satellite TV provider DirecTV said on Tuesday it will abandon its planned acquisition of EchoStar’s satellite television business that includes Dish TV by Nov. 22 if bondholders don’t agree to a debt exchange. “A successful exchange was a condition for acquiring the Dish video business,” a DirecTV spokesperson told Reuters in an emailed statement. “Given the outcome of the EchoStar exchange, DirecTV will have no choice but to terminate the acquisition of Dish by midnight on Nov. 22.”EchoStar and Dish did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment. As part of the two-step transaction, DirecTV was to pay $1 to buy the pay TV business called Dish DBS that includes Dish and Sling TV, while agreeing to assume about $9.75 billion of Dish’s debt. Dish and DirecTV launched an exchange offer at a discounted rate for the debt to help extend the maturities.

Israel launched what it described as a “limited ground operation” to expel Hezbollah from southern Lebanon early last month. CNN —The oldest known tablet inscribed with the Ten Commandments from the Old Testament is expected to fetch up to $2 million when it goes up for auction next month. The ancient stone will be on show in Sotheby's New York showroom from December 5, before going on sale later in the month. The inscription was placed face upward and the stone was exposed to heavy foot traffic. According to a press statement sent to CNN by Sotheby’s, which will auction the tablet in New York next month, the stone was sold to a scholar in 1943. Last year, a Hebrew Bible more than 1,000 years old was sold for $38.1 million at Sotheby’s in New York.

Bluesky also saw daily visits jump on Election Day and the day after to 1.2 million and 1.3 million, respectively, up from around 800,000 in the days before. Amazon has discontinued a secretive effort to develop an at-home fertility tracker, according to internal documents and people familiar with the matter. The team sat within Amazon's Grand Challenge, also known as its Special Projects division, the sources said. In October, Amazon told people working on the tracker that it was disbanding the team. Other Grand Challenge projects, including the Amazon Care telehealth service, a video-calling device for kids, a virtual tours service, and an augmented reality headset for meetings, were discontinued. On the morning of Oct. 28, employees working on the fertility tracker were told to join a videoconference where a director of the team informed them that the project was ending.
