In a lawsuit submitted in May, Woods was accused of pursuing a sexual relationship with Herman while she worked for him at his South Florida restaurant, The Woods Jupiter, and then forcing her to sign a non-disclosure agreement or she’d be fired from her job. “In dismissing this appeal, Erica Herman states that she was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such,” the court document reads. KYIV (Reuters) - A Ukrainian civic group said it has confirmed the deaths of nearly 25,000 Ukrainian soldiers since Russia's February 2022 invasion by using open sources, and puts the total toll at more than 30,000. Writing in the Ukrainian journal Tyzhden, historian Yaroslav Tynchenko and volunteer Herman Shapovalenko said Shapovalenko's Book of Memory project had confirmed 24,500 combat and non-combat deaths using open sources. "That is, the real number of dead (deceased) in combat and non-combat situations is more than 30,000 people." The Book of Memory project, which has tracked Ukraine's war dead since Russia's first invasion in 2014, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Russia has also not disclosed the number of its war dead.

TURIN, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Stefanos Tsitsipas retired after just three games of his Green Group clash against Holger Rune at the ATP Finals on Tuesday, handing the Danish debutant his first victory in the event. Greek world number six Tsitsipas looked uncomfortable as he trailed 2-1 and after consulting with a doctor at the changeover he decided that he could not continue. Tsitsipas, who lost in straight sets to Jannik Sinner in his opening match on Sunday, appeared to be troubled by a back problem and left the court to a few jeers from the large crowd inside the Pala Alpitour. Rune, who lost to world number one Novak Djokovic in his first match on Sunday, will now face Sinner in his final round-robin match still with a chance of reaching the semi-finals. Generations of soccer fans across the world have cherished their sticker collections, but until now only international tournaments in women's football have been celebrated by Panini. However, a licensing partnership with the FA means a new collection of nearly 350 stickers will be available, including the sought-after shinies. "We are thrilled to announce our relationship with Panini, a brand that is synonymous with football worldwide," said Sue Campbell, the FA's Director of Women's Football. The WSL enjoyed a 170% rise in attendances last season and the trend is predicted to continue.
