Astfel, cu coordonarea expertei Irina-Aliona Ceban, echipele de tineri au participat la câte 3 ateliere teoretice cu tematica EE, Managementului energetic, Serviciile publice și instituțiile publice. În finalitate, am obținut 7 machete a 7 instituții publice din Bălți printre care Materinitatea, Teatrul Național Vasile Alecsandri, 4 Licee și Casa de cultură.
