CNN —Two wounded patients were killed after police officers and vigilantes attacked an ambulance in Haiti, humanitarian group Doctors Without Borders said on Wednesday. The officers and vigilantes then took the three wounded patients outside the hospital grounds and at least two of them were killed, MSF said. The third patient was not killed, Garnier said. This is the latest deadly ambulance attack that MSF has reported in Haiti. In December last year, the organization said armed men stopped an MSF ambulance, dragged a patient out and killed him.

A woman in Kentucky who is seeking an abortion filed a lawsuit Tuesday that seeks to strike down the state’s near total ban. The suit, filed by a woman referred to in the documents as Mary Poe, alleges that two Kentucky abortion laws violate the state Constitution’s rights to privacy and self-determination. “I feel overwhelmed and frustrated that I cannot access abortion care here in my own state, and I have started the difficult process of arranging to get care in another state where it’s legal. Some of the biggest stars in Latin music will gather Thursday for the 25th anniversary of the Grammys in Miami — a hub of Latin American culture and the headquarters of the Latin Recording Academy. There are some new additions to this year’s Latin Grammys, too: best Latin electronic music performance and best contemporary Mexican music album will be featured as categories for the first time ever. “As we approach the 25th edition of the Latin GRAMMYs, our Awards Process is more robust than ever, with our membership evaluating over 23,000 entries this year,” Latin Recording Academy CEO Manuel Abud said. “The Latin GRAMMYs have grown in an amazing way to become a fundamental platform for music and culture. The Latin Grammys will take place at Miami's Kaseya Center at 8 p.m.

Alphabet-owned Waymo is removing the waitlist for its self-driving service in Los Angeles, marking its largest expansion yet. With more than 3.8 million people, LA marks the third and largest city where the company’s robotaxi service is now fully available. “Now is an exciting time to welcome everyone in Los Angeles along for the ride,” Tekedra Mawakana, co-CEO of Waymo, said in a news release Tuesday. Waymo closed a $5.6 billion funding round in October to expand its robotaxi service across the U.S. Waymo in September announced that it partnered with Uber to launch its robotaxi service in Austin, Texas, in 2025.
