Liu recalled a great product manager on a previous team who was overlooked when it was time for promotions because "she was not good at broadcasting or explaining what she does." "So much of what product and just general leadership is is not just doing the work, it's not just having the product, it's having great product marketing to go with it," Liu said. If a great product is out in the world but no one is told about it, did it exist? "As more introverts get into leadership, they need to actually change the world to make more space for people like them as well." But instead I just said, 'Okay, this is a necessary skill, and it's a learnable skill.'

I've lived in the Bay Area, New York, and the UK while building and scaling Zyper. But if you want to be laser-focused without distractions, you can't beat the Bay Area. Despite its cheeky title, Sabrina Carpenter's new album "Short n' Sweet" arrived on Friday with a tall order to fill. Carpenter's sixth album was preceded by smash hits "Espresso" and "Please Please Please," which peaked at No. But "Short n' Sweet" isn't just Carpenter's most anticipated release to date. AdvertisementIndeed, throughout "Short n' Sweet," Carpenter isn't coy about the vulgar, demoralizing underbelly of modern dating. Sakorn Sukkasemsakorn | Istock | Getty ImagesAbout 2.9 billion people may have had their personal information hacked, a new proposed class-action lawsuit alleges. If true, reports suggest all Americans may have had valuable personal information compromised — including full names, current and past addresses, Social Security numbers and information on parents, siblings and other relatives. In 2013, a Yahoo data breach may have hit all the company's accounts, or a total of 3 billion people. "Freezing your credit is the single most important thing you can do when you get a data breach notice," Lee said. While freezing your credit will limit access to your credit reports, it won't block it completely.

The message to the airline industry: You've had a few too many screwups to be left to your own devices. Over the past couple of years, the Biden administration has introduced a slew of rules and services intended to make airline passengers' lives easier. The airline industry seems to be relatively on board with the refund idea. But there are plenty of other problems with the airline industry that need solving — some the government can take care of, and some the government is causing. Gallup polls suggest more Americans have a negative view of the airline industry than a positive one.

Congress enacted legislation a decade ago to create accounts to help people with disabilities save money. ABLE accounts let disabled individuals save money outside of asset limit requirements set by federal-assistance programs while also accessing certain tax advantages. Investments in ABLE accounts grow tax deferred, while withdrawals are tax free, as long as they are used for qualified expenses. To date, more than 171,000 people with disabilities have saved an average of over $11,000 each through ABLE accounts, according to Casey. Last year, he proposed a bill called the ABLE MATCH Act that would create a federal dollar-for-dollar match to help lower-income disabled individuals save money in those accounts.
