Nov 20 (Reuters) - At least one person was killed and three people were injured on Monday in a shooting at a Walmart store in Beavercreek, Ohio, WHIO television reported, citing its reporters on the scene, as witnesses told media a man opened fire with an assault rifle. Three patients from the shooting being treated at a nearby trauma center, a hospital spokesperson said. Beavercreek police said they responded to the shooting and that there was no was longer any threat to the public. Defence ministers from the Asian bloc are attending the 2-day meeting alongside key players in the Indo-Pacific as major powers jostle for regional influence, and as conflicts deepen from Myanmar to the Middle East. All ASEAN defence ministers, with the exception of Myanmar's, attended Wednesday's forum, with U.S. Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin to meet counterparts later in the day. The talks will expand on Thursday to include Russia, China, Japan, South Korea, India, New Zealand and Australia. The country removed its defence minister in October, raising questions about the stability of the leadership around President Xi Jinping.
