New York CNN —Red Lobster wants to close several dozen more restaurants following its bankruptcy, and it has identified which ones are in danger of shutting down if the court approves its plan. The chain, which brought affordable shrimp and lobster to middle-class America and grew to become the largest seafood restaurant chain in the world, filed for bankruptcy last month. Red Lobster said that it had more than $1 billion in debt and less than $30 million in cash on hand. Part of its plan is to close some locations of its nearly 600 restaurants in the meantime. A few weeks prior to its bankruptcy, it abruptly closed around 50 locations across the United States.

Are there really that many voters whose view of Trump as a man, or politician, could be altered by bookkeeping irregularities? How many would-be Trump voters will be swayed against him because of miscategorized business expenses? Instead of validating Trump’s narcissism, Democrats should turn the camera away from Trump and toward the American people. We've got three adult children, and two of them have boomeranged after college. I also look at the low interest rates from the pandemic, trying to prop up the economy. Interest rates — people don't want to move out of their homes when they have good interest rates. They don't sell because they know they're going to get into a new mortgage with higher interest rates. We feel like we're blessed that our adult kids want to spend some time with us.

The upside-down flag, a signal of distress, was adopted by Trump supporters who believed the false claim that the election had been stolen. (Alito said his wife had raised the upside-down flag in response to a disagreement with a neighbor. CNN —Some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus owners may be eligible for a payout as part of a $35 million settlement. iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users who experienced issues related to the audio chip could receive up to $349 in compensation as part of a 2019 lawsuit filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Apple denied the devices had these issues and all allegations of wrongdoing, according to the Settlement Administration website. Eligible users might receive an email or postcard in the mail about the settlement. This isn’t the first lawsuit payout for the iPhone 7 models.

After the Dow Jones Industrial Average topped 40,000 last week, CNBC's Jim Cramer reflected Monday on his many years in the business, saying investors should take a step back and realize how far the market has come. At first, Cramer admitted he felt somewhat cautious about celebrating the milestone, thinking back to the Dow's great losses over his decades-long career on Wall Street. But then Cramer remembered when the average was at 1,000, saying perhaps he should "demonstrate some confidence" in the market after all these immense gains. To Cramer, investors don't need to be" cheerleaders" for the market, per se. "I could've tossed the Dow 1,000 hat and gone and become a lawyer.
