CNN —A sports psychologist, who was under contract with the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs, has filed a civil lawsuit against the organization and 19-year-old former Spurs player Joshua Primo. The psychologist alleges the player exposed himself to her during therapy sessions and claimed the organization’s leadership failed to act despite her “numerous complaints about Primo’s improper sexual conduct,” according to a court filing. The Spurs legal team then told Cauthen, a licensed, credentialed clinical psychologist, that the team “had lost trust in her,” Cauthen’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, said during a press conference Thursday. “I would also say that the Spurs conduct and the way they handled this matter was egregious and absolutely unreasonable.”Primo was recently released from the team on October 28. CNN has reached out to the Spurs organization and the NBA for comment.

New York CNN Business —Authorities in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, have launched an investigation into the death of an Amazon delivery driver after he was found dead with possible dog bite injuries. Officers were called to the scene at around 7 p.m. Monday after they were told an Amazon delivery truck had been parked in front of a residential house for several hours. Authorities discovered the driver’s remains, a German shepherd and a mastiff behind the gate of a fence located near the delivery truck. An autopsy and necropsy will be performed on the driver and the dogs within the next coming days, according to Childers. It’s not clear if the dogs caused the death of the unnamed driver, but Childers noted the driver’s remains had extensive injuries.

CNN —The tourists who had become stuck about 200 feet underground at the Grand Canyon Caverns in Peach Springs, Arizona, on Sunday when an elevator malfunctioned have all been brought back to the surface with the help of local fire departments. Officials originally said that five people were stranded in the caverns. “Yesterday five folks were exiting the caverns when the elevator stopped working. The Grand Canyon Caverns is a tourist attraction that allows visitors to tour inside an ancient underground cave, dine and stay in a motel, according to its website.
