Inside the Amex Centurion Lounge at HeathrowOnce you’ve located the lounge, you’ll need to either walk up the stairs or take the elevators up to the second level.
Despite their name, you don’t need to hold the exclusive American Express Centurion Card to gain access to Amex Centurion Lounges.
