Three former chairs of the Maine Republican Party "enthusiastically endorsed" Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris for president over GOP nominee and former President Donald Trump in an opinion piece published by Bangor Daily News on Monday. "We see these same positive characteristics are on full display in Vice President Harris and her candidacy. A spokesperson for the Trump campaign did not immediately reply to a request for comment on the op-ed.
