The Israeli military said Friday that it used a drone to target Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon as tensions along the border intensify. Israel didn't immediately say what it struck, but Hezbollah said that the drone hit targets along the Lebanon-Israel border. Israel has relied largely on artillery and tank fire to target Hezbollah positions in the past week.
