The case returns to Judge Tanya Chutkan one month after the Supreme Court issued a game-changing ruling on presidential power. But the Supreme Court interceded earlier this year and put the case on pause to consider Trump’s claims of presidential immunity. Attorneys working on the case believe that Chutkan will move quickly with the case back in her jurisdiction, according to sources familiar with their thinking. Any move she makes will be under extreme scrutiny, given that it’s the only remining federal case against Trump after the Florida federal judge overseeing his classified documents case, Aileen Cannon, dismissed those criminal charges against Trump and his two co-defendants. Cannon appeared to hold hearings on nearly every motion in the Trump case before her, but Chutkan often rules without hearing from the parties in person.

CrowdStrike shares fell tumbled 11% on Tuesday to their lowest level of the year following a report that Delta Air Lines hired prominent attorney David Boies to seek damages from the security software vendor. CrowdStrike fell $28.98 to $228.83 as of early afternoon trading. Late Monday, CNBC's Phil Lebeau reported that Delta hired Boies, chairman of Boies Schiller Flexner, to seek compensation from CrowdStrike and Microsoft . No suit has been filed, Lebeau reported, and Delta didn't respond to a request for comment. The Department of Transportation said last week that it's investigating Delta due to the widespread flight disruptions and service failures.

Milos Radonjic, 34, arrived in Brooklyn on Friday and is scheduled to be arraigned in federal court Monday, according to federal prosecutors and officials with the Department of Homeland Security and FBI. A federal grand jury indicted him and several other people last year on charges of conspiracy and attempt to violate the Maritime Drug Law Enforcement Act. Ship crew members knowingly took part in the alleged trafficking, court documents say. Radonjic was arrested in October after traveling to Italy to captain a yacht in an international race, authorities said. US authorities have not released the names of other people who were indicted and said they were not in US custody.
