The number of robocalls placed in the US peaked at around 58.5 billion in 2019, according to estimates by YouMail, a robocall blocking service. The most recent polling on the race, published Monday by The Washington Post and Monmouth University, signals another Trump shellacking: 52% of potential primary voters said they support Trump, compared with 34% who back Haley.
