A man previously identified as a leader in a “vicious” white supremacist gang was one of three inmates killed earlier this week in a Nevada prison fight, officials said. Zackaria Luz, 43, died after the fight Tuesday at Ely State Prison in eastern Nevada, the White Pine County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Wednesday. In a news release Wednesday, the Nevada Department of Corrections said an investigation into the incident is ongoing and the prison remains on lockdown. A second inmate, Connor Brown, was also fatally injured in the fight, the sheriff’s office said. Authorities were still working to notify next-of-kin for the third inmate and did not identify him, the sheriff’s office said.

Saks Fifth Avenue parent HBC said on Thursday it will acquire Neiman Marcus Group in a $2.65 billion deal combining the storied retailers. The combination will establish Saks Global, which will include Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks OFF 5TH, Neiman Marcus' namesake department store chain and Bergdorf Goodman. "We're thrilled to take this step in bringing together these iconic luxury names," HBC CEO Richard Baker. "This is an exciting time in luxury retail," Baker added, citing technological advancements that can "redefine" the customer experience. Neiman Marcus Group CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck called the partnership a "proactive choice in an evolving retail landscape."

But Britain is likely to emerge from the election as an outlier. While the electorates in other countries are shifting to the right, British voters are expected to evict the Conservative-led government after 14 years, in favor of the center-left Labour Party.
