CNN —Joaquín Guzmán López, the son of the former Sinaloa cartel boss Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, is set to appear in federal court in Chicago Tuesday, just days after he was taken into American custody in a stunning arrest full of international betrayal and intrigue.
