Some stocks could post sizable moves this week on the back of corporate earnings reports this week. Wall Street expects more steam ahead, with the typical analyst surveyed by FactSet holding a buy rating and price target reflecting nearly 10% in upside. His price target of $2 implies shares can add almost 190%. Meanwhile, the average analyst polled by FactSet has a hold rating on the penny stock, but the same price target as Kallo. Meanwhile, unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy case, including employee pension funds, are seeking billions of dollars in payouts from what remains of the company. By mid-2023, as it headed toward bankruptcy, Yellow had made only one payment on the loan: $230, in July 2021. In a statement Monday announcing the loan repayment, Yellow's chief restructuring officer Matthew Doheny said, "repayment demonstrates Yellow's absolute commitment to fulfilling its promise to the American taxpayers that its CARES Act loan would be repaid in full with interest."

The funding represents a substantial discount from Yumi's Series B round in 2021, which valued the company at more than $300 million, according to Pitchbook data. It also means Yumi has burned through more than twice as much cash, nearly $90 million dollars, as it is currently worth. Startup fundraising tumbled to a five-year low in 2023 with funding for e-commerce and shopping startups down 60%, according to Crunchbase data. Convoy, the freight startup that was once called the "Uber for trucking" and raised more than $1 billion, shut down in November.
