Washington CNN —President Joe Biden is fit for duty, his doctor reported Wednesday following the president’s annual physical, in what is expected to be the last update on Biden’s health before November’s election. Dr. Kevin O’Connor said in a memo there are “no new concerns” with the president’s health revealed by this year’s physical. The White House said earlier Wednesday that no cognitive test was administered as O’Connor did not find it necessary. The procedure was “successfully completed” at the White House by a team from Walter Reed, O’Connor said. Reports from the White House physician over the last several decades have consistently described the office-holder as fit to serve.

The near-absence of laws criminalizing the practice of fertility fraud until recently means no doctors have yet been criminally charged for the behavior. In 2019, Indiana became the second state, more than 20 years after California, to pass a statute making fertility fraud a felony. He added some of his biological children have “expressed gratitude for their existence” to him and even sent him photos of their own children. Cline’s case spurred lawmakers to pass legislation that outlawed fertility fraud but wasn’t retroactive, meaning he was never prosecuted for it. “In fertility fraud, no parent is saying that – no parent is saying I would have gotten an abortion,” she said.

Joel Belz, the founder of World, a pioneering Christian magazine covering politics, culture and other topics through a biblical lens while occasionally drawing wider notice for its reporting on prominent religious figures behaving less than holy, died on Feb. 4 at his home in Asheville, N.C. CNN —Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne opened up about his health struggles in a recent interview with Rolling Stone, and said he would “die a happy man” if he could perform one more show to express his gratitude to his fans from the stage. The 74-year-old announced in February that his touring career was over as he is no longer “physically capable (of it)” after suffering several health setbacks. Osbourne damaged his spine in a major accident four years ago, has undergone multiple surgeries since, and revealed his Parkinson’s diagnosis in January 2020. The fall and subsequent surgeries “really knocked me about,” Osbourne said. “I’ve seen Phil Collins perform recently, and he’s got virtually the same problems as me,” he added.
