[1/2] Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange, attends the MEDEF union summer forum "La Rencontre des Entrepreneurs de France, LaREF" at the Paris Longchamp Racecourse in Paris, France, August 30, 2022. 1 telecoms operator Orange (ORAN.PA) said on Wednesday, as the prospect of energy rationing looms amid the war in Ukraine. Executives said at the time there were not enough back-up systems in many European countries to handle widespread power cuts. "The operators put pressure so that we don't cut their antennas, there's a kind of arm wrestling," the source told Reuters. Only a few thousands mobile antennas would be completely shielded from potential power cuts at this stage, a telecoms industry source said, thus covering a fraction of the population and of the territory.
SEOUL, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Up to 7 million North Koreans use cell phones daily, and WiFi networks have sharply expanded in recent years as the mobile devices increasingly became a key tool for market activity in the isolated country, U.S. researchers said on Tuesday. Since 3G network services began in 2008, the number of users has risen to 6.5 million to 7 million, more than a quarter of North Korea's 25 million population, the researchers said. The country's antiquated 3G network and limits on foreign investment in upgrades because of sanctions over its weapons programmes has prompted the emergence of faster WiFi networks around the country, Williams said. The WiFi networks do not offer any Internet access but provide connections to domestic services, especially scientific databases for the research community, he added. The private sector has overtaken state-led agents to become North Korea's biggest economic actor in recent years, with its rationing system crumbling and leader Kim Jong Un allowing markets abhorred by his father.
PremiumsThe premium is the sum you pay an insurer each month to participate in the health plan. It's perhaps the most transparent and easy-to-understand cost component of a health plan — the equivalent of a sticker price. Eighty-eight percent of workers covered by a health plan have a deductible in 2022, according to KFF. For example, would you struggle to pay a $1,000 medical bill if you require health care? If so, a health plan with a larger monthly premium and a smaller deductible may be your best bet, Sun said.
Morgan Stanley cut its price target on Tesla as unexpected headwinds loom in the fourth quarter and 2023. "We had expected Tesla to miss consensus expectations in 3Q due to input cost inflation and other disruption," Jonas wrote in a note to clients Monday. However, given the highly volatile economic environment, we want to make room for unexpected headwinds into 4Q as well as into FY23." Jonas trimmed the bank's price target to $330 a share from $350, suggesting a 56% potential gain from Monday's close. Along with the price target cut, Jonas trimmed free cash flow estimates and noted lower average earnings per share expectations between 2023 and 2027.

Oct 10 (Reuters) - Lloyd's of London said on Monday that its investigation into a possible cyberattack had found no evidence of data compromise. "The investigation has concluded that no evidence of any compromise was found and as such Lloyd's has been advised that its network services can now be restored," a company spokesperson said in an email. The commercial insurance market detected unusual activity on its network, it said last week, putting companies on high alert for intrusions as a result of a conflict between Russia and Ukraine. read moreRegister now for FREE unlimited access to Reuters.com RegisterReporting by Shivani Tanna in Bengaluru and Carolyn Cohn; Editing by Anil D'SilvaOur Standards: The Thomson Reuters Trust Principles.
