All five passengers were believed to be German citizens, Security Minister Jorge Torres said. A flight plan filed for the small, charter plane listed Rainer Schaller as a passenger. A man by the same name runs international chains of fitness and gym outlets, including Gold’s Gym and McFit. SAN JOSE, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Costa Rican authorities said they found wreckage on Saturday believed to be from a plane carrying five German citizens which lost contact along the Caribbean coast. The wreckage was located early on Saturday morning about 17 miles (28 kilometers) from the country's Limon airport, Costa Rica's deputy security minister said. Authorities had not yet located any bodies or survivors. Costa Rican authorities received an alert on Friday night about the missing plane, chartered for a private flight, which was en route from Mexico to Costa Rica's Limon airport, Security Minister Jorge Torres said earlier. The aircraft had lost communication with the control tower near Barra de Parismina, a few minutes from Limon, according to Torres.

"Twenty-eight kilometers from the Limón airport, in the Caribbean Sea, wreckage was located that apparently indicates that it is the aircraft. At the moment we have not located any bodies or people alive," Costa Rican Vice Minister of Public Security Martin Arias said. Schaller is the founder and CEO of RSG Group, which owns McFit, John Reed, and Gold's Gym fitness studios around the world. He bought Gold's Gym after the company filed for bankruptcy in 2020 as part of a $100 million deal.

DETROIT (AP) — U.S. Securities regulators are unlawfully muzzling Tesla CEO Elon Musk, violating his free speech rights by continually trying to enforce a 2018 securities fraud settlement, Musk’s lawyer contends in a court brief. The SEC is investigating whether Musk violated the settlement with tweets last November asking Twitter followers if he should sell 10% of his Tesla stock. But in the brief, Musk attorney Alex Spiro contends that the SEC is continually investigating Musk for topics not covered by the settlement. The whole dispute stems from an October 2018 agreement with the SEC that Musk signed. The judge also said Musk’s argument that the SEC had used the settlement order to harass Musk and launch investigations was “meritless.”

Plantarea a fost făcută de angajații Grădinii Botanice Institut și participanții la primul eveniment din cadrul Festivalului Ziua Mediului 2021. Fiecare fir a fost sădit într-o mică copcă și udat pentru a se prinde și ulterior să formeze o întreagă populație în regiune.
