Josiah Vargas claims he was picking up his breakfast order when he realized that the employee at the window had given him more than he ordered. A 3-year-old boy has died after he was pushed into Lake Michigan in Chicago by his aunt, officials said. The child was pulled from the water by emergency personnel and transported to a hospital in critical condition, police said.
