Within that sphere we’re treated to a voice performance by Woods that is a small, hilarious, somewhat dismaying tour de force. She said the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures, known as RAVEC, had not followed its own policy or treated Harry as it treated other figures. In May, the High Court ruled against Harry after he challenged the government's refusal to let him pay for his own police protection.
