Ilan Șor a făcut și un bilanț al campaniei electorale pentru acest scrutin. Potrivit lui, politicienii s-au împroșcat cu noroi și doar Partidul „Șor” a avut o campanie electorală decentă și le-a propus oamenilor un program concret de dezvoltare a țării. Ilan Șor a amintit că, înainte de alegerile locale din 2015, sondajele îl creditau cu 11% din opțiunile de vot, dar a acumulat 68% și a devenit primar al orașului Orhei din primul tur de scrutin. „Oamenii au decis să-mi ofere o șansă: ce-ar fi dacă după toți hoțomanii și ticăloșii, acest băiețandru va reuși ceva, poate nu ne va minți și va reuși. Ilan Șor mai consideră că alegerile parlamentare din 11 iulie reprezintă o șansă pentru ca toți oamenii să înceapă o viață mai bună aici și acum.
