A boy kidnapped more than seven decades ago from a California park was found alive and well as a senior citizen, reunited with surviving loved ones after his niece found him across the country through her own DNA research, police said Monday. His genetic material was a match to two surviving siblings in California, proving Albino was the boy taken in 1951, police said. The Oakland Police Department statement didn't make clear who officers believed took Albino from that park seven decades ago, nor did it identify who raised him. Nearly 1 in 3 Americans may have an undiagnosed iron deficiency, a problem that can lead to fatigue, brain fog and difficulty concentrating, a new study suggests. An analysis of data from more than 8,000 adults in the U.S. revealed that 14% had low iron blood levels, a condition known as absolute iron deficiency, while 15% had the right iron levels but their bodies couldn’t use the essential mineral properly, known as functional iron deficiency, according to the report published Tuesday in JAMA Network Open. Doctors don’t typically screen adults for iron deficiency, which is why the condition has been overlooked in many people. There had been hints in other studies suggesting iron deficiency might be more widespread than doctors assume. The rates of iron deficiency between men and women are more similar after the age of menopause, experts said.

Biles said in a press release that she is “so excited” and described the tour as “a victory lap around the US.”“It’s more of a celebration tour,” Biles told CNN’s Coy Wire ahead of the tour’s upcoming fourth show in San Jose on Saturday. Biles and co. visited Los Angeles on Friday, with the next leg of the tour scheduled to take place in San Jose on Saturday. This is the second Gold Over America Tour that Biles has led. The tour has been referred to by its acronym “GOAT,” more than likely a nod to Biles’ legendary standing in professional gymnastics. Part of warmup for a recent involved a spot of “goat yoga,” which saw Biles and Chiles balance a live goat on their backs.

The 2024 White House race remains too close to call, but Vice President Kamala Harris' momentum is evident when you look just a little past the horse race. Earlier this week, Harris' favorability emerged above water for the first time since shortly after President Joe Biden took office. Soltis Anderson discussed a poll that the interest group commissioned, which found Harris has expanded Biden's once-meager lead over women voters aged 50 and over. Unlike Clinton, Walsh pointed out Harris hasn't spent decades in the spotlight and isn't faced with assuaging voters' fears of a potential political dynasty. Harris' favorability was up slightly in both Pennsylvania and Michigan.
