Starbucks’ controversial line of olive oil-infused drinks will leave U.S. stores in early November. The lineup of Oleato drinks infused Partanna olive oil into Starbucks’ Caffe Latte, Iced Shaken Espresso and cold foam. Schultz imagined the Oleato line after a trip to Italy, where he saw Sicilians drinking olive oil as a daily ritual. He, too, began drinking olive oil alongside his daily coffee and decided that Starbucks should try to mix the two together. Cafes in China, Italy and Japan will continue to serve the Oleato drinks.

Many women start experiencing menopausal symptoms during those years of perimenopause, such as irregular periods, fatigue, sleep disturbances, hot flashes and weight gain. For most women, periods don’t stop suddenly, although there are exceptions when menopause is induced by surgery or certain medical treatments that stop ovarian function. Perimenopause is the several years preceding menopause, so the most common age for women to begin perimenopause is in their 40s. During perimenopause, hormone levels fluctuate a lot, and a test one day may look very different than one the next. CNN: Where should people go for more information on perimenopause and menopause?

Mel Macintyre landed her dream job at a finance company in Edinburgh in her 30s. I've been a business coach for 25 years and climbed the corporate career ladder in a typical, ambitious way. I struggled with feeling inauthentic and like I had to put a mask on at work every day. Her daily morning routine includes 20 minutes of lifting weights, and she isn't afraid to go heavy. She said the routine keeps her back healthy, and being strong helped her recover more quickly from a recent hip replacement. The question is how worried should people be about these endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), such as phthalates, BPA or bisphenol A, and brominated flame retardants? Endocrine-disrupting chemicals are not produced by the human body but influence the way your hormones function, Bloom said. CNN reached out to the National Pest Management Association and the Personal Care Products Council for comment. Gradually replacing personal care products one at a time as you use up individual products is a great place to start, she said. “But personal care products is one thing where I think folks have a lot of autonomy and what they’re purchasing within reason.”

Editor’s Note: Sign up for Unlocking the World, CNN Travel’s weekly newsletter. There’s a not-very-flattering term for those exhibiting the behavior: “gate lice.”It might feel harmless, but swarming the gate can lead to congestion, confusion and longer wait times. To tackle the problem, American Airlines is trialing new technology at airports in New Mexico, Arizona and Virginia. Passengers who attempt to board before their assigned group is called will set off an error beep, alerting the gate agent — and also rule-abiding fellow passengers. Of course, you might prefer to organize your trip around another list that dropped this week: the world’s best bars for 2024.

Coca-Cola on Wednesday reported quarterly earnings and revenue that topped analysts' expectations, thanks to a boost from higher prices that offset sluggish demand. Unit case volume fell 1% in the quarter, driven by weakening demand in some international markets. Consumer companies, including Coke, have reported in recent months that customers are more price sensitive, leading to sluggish demand for its products as prices remain high. Pepsi said volume for its North American beverage business fell 3% in its third quarter, fueled by weakening demand for energy drinks. Coke is projecting a low-single-digit headwind for comparable revenue and a mid-single-digit headwind for earnings per share.
