Companies Cronos Group Inc FollowOct 24 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged Canadian cannabis company Cronos Group Inc (CRON.TO) and its former chief commercial officer with accounting fraud, the regulator said on Monday. Cronos and the former executive, William Hilson, offered to settle the matter, without admitting or denying the SEC's findings, by agreeing to cease and desist from future violations of the charged provisions, the SEC said. The SEC said it decided against a financial penalty for the company given "its timely self-reporting, significant cooperation, and remediation." A former Los Angeles Angels baseball executive was sentenced to 22 years in prison Tuesday after he was convicted of providing fentanyl-laced pills that contributed to the death of pitcher Tyler Skaggs. Levi Strauss (LEVI) – Levi Strauss took a 5.3% premarket hit after cutting its full-year sales and profit outlook. CVS Health (CVS) – CVS shares fell 5% in premarket trading, following a downgrade of one of its Aetna Medicare Advantage plans in annual ratings issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Lyft (LYFT) – Lyft fell 2.6% in the premarket after RBC downgraded the ride-hailing service's stock to "sector perform" from "outperform." RBC said its driver supply analysis points to a less bullish outlook for Lyft and that competitor Uber (UBER) enjoys "structural advantages" over Lyft.

But despite its popularity among individual users, Notion is eyeing large companies for growth, the company's chief product officer, Madhu Muthukumar, told Insider. And last week it announced new product updates meant to simplify Notion for IT administrators. "There's always been this set of folks who are using Notion to run their companies or run their teams," Muthukumar said. Notion is also rolling out new tools meant to allow IT administrators to manage their organization's Notion use, including by allowing certain company roles to create a Notion account for a new user. Notion's product lead, Birkan Icacan, told Insider that Notion had many more features like this in the works.
