That’s double what it was last year, highlighting the escalating cybersecurity challenges the bank and other Wall Street titans are facing. More than 70% of bank executives surveyed by KPMG last year said that cyber security was a major concern for their company. Reuters —A US appeals court said on Tuesday that Madrid’s Thyssen-Bornemisza museum may keep a painting by the French impressionist Camille Pissarro that the Nazis looted from a Jewish woman, rejecting an ownership claim that her heirs have pursued for more than two decades. The 3-0 decision by the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California, came in one of the oldest Nazi art theft cases, which began in 2005 and reached the US Supreme Court two years ago. After learning where the painting was, Neubauer’s grandson, Claude Cassirer, petitioned for its return in 2001, and sued four years later. The painting (far right) on display at Madrid's Thyssen-Bornemisza museum, which acquired the work in 1993. The decision came two years after the Supreme Court threw out an earlier 9th Circuit decision because it misapplied choice-of-law rules.

An American nurse working with Doctors Without Borders has returned home after working in Gaza. Emily Callahan told CNN some of her colleagues chose to stay behind, knowing they may die there. "We're going to die saving as many people as we can," Callahan said her colleagues told her. Emily Callahan, a nurse activity manager for Doctors Without Borders, had been in Gaza since August. Callahan told CNN.

His death leaves Traynor without a director or officer in charge of the firm. "As a result, the three dealers have potential losses totalling approximately C$85 million ($61.27 million) to C$95 million," the regulator added, without naming the dealers. The firm and one of Callahan's colleagues listed on its website did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A Toronto police spokesperson said Callahan's death was not considered suspicious and they were not investigating.
