After living on the East Coast for a while, I moved back to Southern California this year. In most Southern California neighborhoods, home prices typically start in the high five to seven figures. The bomb shelter occupies about three-quarters of an acre and spans 1,100 square feet. The first couple of nights in the bomb shelter, I slept for like 12 hours.
